- Qualified clinicians and sleep specialists who review your test data and prepare your report
- Our home sleep test device provider for the purpose of delivering and processing the overnight test
- Payment processors (for example, Stripe) to handle payments securely
- Hosting and infrastructure providers (for example, Vercel) that store the website and associated data
- Email and communication providers that we use to contact you about your assessment
- Your GP or NHS specialist, only if you ask us to share your report with them
- Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to do so
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All our processors are required to handle your data in line with UK GDPR and only for the purposes we instruct.
5. International transfers
Where any of our service providers are based outside the United Kingdom, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or transfers to countries the UK government has deemed adequate.
6. How long we keep your data
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy:
- Clinical and medical records: retained in line with UK medical record retention guidance, typically a minimum of 8 years from the date of your assessment
- Transaction records: retained for at least 6 years to meet our legal obligations under tax and accounting law
- Marketing data: retained until you withdraw consent or ask us to delete it
- Website technical data: retained for a maximum of 26 months
