Last updated: 15 May 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the private home sleep apnoea assessment service offered by Clear Sleep ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them carefully before purchasing or using the service.
1. About the service
Clear Sleep provides a private, clinician led home sleep apnoea assessment in the United Kingdom. The service may include:
- An online symptom and suitability screening questionnaire
- A clinically validated home sleep test, delivered to you
- Specialist review of your overnight data
- A written report and clinician led results call
- Written next step guidance
The service is a private assessment service. It is not a replacement for NHS care, and it does not constitute emergency medical care.
2. Who can use the service
To use the service you must:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Be resident in the United Kingdom
- Be able to provide accurate information about your symptoms and medical history
- Not be currently experiencing a medical emergency (see Medical Disclaimer)
Final clinical suitability for testing is confirmed after the screening stage. We reserve the right to decline service where it is not clinically appropriate, and to refund or partially refund as set out below.
3. Booking and payment
Our Home Sleep Apnoea Assessment is priced at £349 (inclusive of VAT where applicable). Pricing is shown on the Pricing page and may be updated from time to time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment is taken at the time of booking via our secure payment provider. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
4. Delivery of the test kit
Where the service includes a physical home sleep test, we will arrange delivery to the address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the address is accurate and for being available to receive delivery. After your test, you must return the device using the prepaid packaging provided, within the time period stated in your dispatch email.
If the device is lost, damaged or not returned, we may charge you for the replacement cost. This will be communicated to you in advance wherever possible.
5. Clinical limitations
Our service provides a private clinical interpretation of your overnight sleep data and clear next step guidance. It does not:
- Replace assessment, diagnosis or treatment by your GP or an NHS specialist
- Provide emergency medical care or urgent symptom management
- Guarantee a particular clinical outcome or pathway
- Replace ongoing care for any chronic medical condition
Please read our Medical Disclaimer for further details.
6. Results turnaround
From the date your screening is completed, the typical end-to-end time to receive your clinician led results is 7 to 14 days, subject to delivery times, test completion, and clinician availability. We will do our best to keep you informed of progress, but timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
7. Cancellations and refunds
- You may cancel your purchase for a full refund any time before the test device has been dispatched to you.
- Once the test kit has been dispatched, your right of cancellation may be limited under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, particularly where hygiene or personalised clinical service has commenced.
- If your screening identifies that the home sleep test is not clinically suitable for you, we will refund the test and review component of the service, less any reasonable administration costs.
- We do not provide refunds for completed clinician reviews or results calls.
To request a cancellation or refund, please email hello@clearsleephealth.co.uk.
8. Your responsibilities
By using the service you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and honest information during screening and throughout the assessment
- Follow the device instructions provided with your home sleep test
- Attend, or reschedule with reasonable notice, any scheduled clinician calls
- Seek urgent medical help directly from the NHS or emergency services if your symptoms become severe
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in relation to this service is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms, or that results from events outside our reasonable control.
